MFH

What is MFH Awards?
Diploma management system for activators and hunters. MFH Awards is a complete, easy, and innovative platform developed to create, manage, and organize awards for Radio Amateurs, CB, or PMR446. A free, complete, customizable, detailed, and easy-to-use diploma management system.

How does it work?
Everyone registered on MFH, regardless of account type, can create, manage, or participate in awards. To manage diplomas, you must be authorized by the system administrator. To participate in the award, you need to link one or more specified activators. Each activator must populate the MFH logbook by uploading their radio activities. Only after reaching the minimum score for the award recognition and when it is graphically available, can the diploma be downloaded by those who are entitled to it.

Point Allocation
For point accreditation, you must upload the log exclusively through the MFH logbook (any version). Only the data currently uploaded and available, not deleted from the log, and that complies with the event guidelines, are verified and calculated. It may happen that by uploading your activities to the log, you unintentionally participate in one or more awards simultaneously. The control, assignment, and validity of the final score are at the discretion of the respective award manager. Only the connections made during the specified period for the diploma, in the prescribed modes, and on a daily basis are calculated. Points are of two types: assigned and additional. Activators with special calls will have their own score that will be added to the base points assigned for the event.

LOG Entry Mode
To use the logbook and participate as an activator in one or more awards, you must be registered and have an active account on MFH. Activators can upload QSO (connections made) either individually or in multiple modes, depending on operational needs. Uploading can be done directly through the MFH logbook or using software like QARTest, MSHV, JTDX, BBlogger, and others. Although log uploads can happen at any time, if your call sign is registered as an activator for one or more awards, QSOs must be uploaded before, during, and in any case, no later than the official end of the event.

Terminology
  • Manager = the person responsible for managing the award, verifying the logs, and providing assistance for the diplomas they have created.
  • Activator = the person contacted by hunters and who participates personally in the event by uploading their activities via the station log. Multiple activators can be assigned for the same award.
  • Special Call = Activator with a special call sign.
  • Hunter = the person who contacts the award activator during the validity period of the event and follows the pre-established rules.
  • Points = points assigned for each valid connection.
  • Points + = additional points for activators with a special call sign.
  • Certificate = the final recognition awarded for achieving the predefined goal in the award.
