Il "DIPLOMA 50 ANNI A.R.I PORTO TORRES " di sotto descritto ha lo scopo di ricordare la storica sezione di Porto Torres, la 0702, fondata nel 1974. E´ doveroso ricordare il Fondatore e storico presidente IS0OMH S.K Gabriele Mischi che insieme alla infaticabile Segretaria YL Anna IS0LLJ S.K hanno dato tanto alla sezione per oltre 35 anni. Il diploma è a carattere internazionale aperto a tutti i radioamatori e swl del mondo.
